General Rules and Information
Jumpin Jupiter reserves the right to change pricing,
party and open jump information at any time without
prior notice. Please call for updated information.
Our party rooms are brightly hand painted for a kid
friendly atmosphere.
If you would like to schedule a special event on ANY
DAY that we are closed, please feel free to call us and
we’d be happy to host you your event. Birthday parties
are still available Tuesday through Thursday.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% of your party total is due as a
non-refundable deposit to
hold and confirm your date and time, payable by
Cash, Credit Card or Money Order. NO CHECKS please.

The balance for the party is due one week prior to
the party and a final head count is due 48 hours
prior to the party.

There is a $10 cooler charge
for birthday parties, but outside food is not
permitted.

Everyone must wear socks. No exceptions. If you
do not have them, you can purchase them at the front
desk.

No food or drink allowed in the playroom.

The parties will not have access to the party
room until they finish in the jump room.

Children do not go back into the jump room after
their 1 hour and 15 minutes.
